Beijing Soaring Electric Technology Co., Ltd. has spent 24 years doing one thing exceptionally well: three-phase grid-connected power conversion. That single focus produced two product directions — large-scale energy storage PCS and precision battery test systems — built on the same technology core.
The Story
Founded in 2002, Soaring began in power electronics research before most of today’s energy storage industry existed. Between 2008 and 2012 we released our first self-developed storage converter and delivered State Grid’s first solar-storage microgrid system. From 2013 to 2017 we pioneered transformerless multi-unit paralleling at engineering scale and introduced the three-level topology that pushed conversion efficiency above 99%. Since 2018 we have scaled to gigawatt-class projects, earned China’s first-batch grid-forming certification from CPRI (2023), and built manufacturing capacity to 40 GW per year.
